Emergency cover is available 24 hours a day. From 6.00 pm until 8.30 am weekdays, from 12 noon on Thursdays, at weekends from 6.00 pm on Friday until 8.30 am on Monday, and on Public Holidays cover is provided by the doctor on call service based at Craigavon Area Hospital.
The centre is staffed by telephonists and local GPs. There is always a doctor available. This service is for urgent conditions which cannot wait until next available surgery.
