Complaints
We always try to provide the best service possible to our patients, but there may be times when you feel this has not happened. We operate an in-house complaints procedure which will enable your complaint or comments to be dealt with swiftly and, we hope, to your satisfaction. If you use this procedure it will not in any way affect your rights to take your complaint to any other authority if you so wish.
To make a complaint please write to/or telephone our practice manager, Mrs Anne Todd. You will be offered an appointment to discuss the details within 10 days of us receiving your complaint.
